Just my thoughts

Well its been a while since I started this blog.

Lots of things have happened to me, not all good though.

I have had my eyes opened by people. I am a trusting person and expect people to be genuine, big mistake!!!! People have trusted me with their most personal secrets and problems and never once have I divulged that information and yet they have done things to me that anyone else would probably blab about what they have told me, but then I am not a vicious person. To say I am disappointed in my choice of people I thought were ok, is an understatement.

On another note I have also met some very nice and genuine people, whom I know are genuine. These are people I hold dear to my heart and I will think of as lifelong friends.

I am still doing my photography and learning all the time and hopefully my photography is improving and I am creating my own style.....I am not one of these pack wolves that try and do the same as someone else. It gets me out to all parts of the UK and I am so enjoying it!!! Who would have thought that getting ill some years ago would take me down the path of photography!!

I don't think I would go down the route of wedding and portrait photography, its just not my bag, but I am doing one wedding to help my best friend out, just as a second photographer, but I feel this will be a one off. My first love is Nature and Wildlife and I can't envisage not doing this. However, you never know where each path will lead to, so you have to experience different things, just to be sure.

I don't mind if I don't win awards etc or even get known, I would like to make a little money every now and again, just enough to live a simple life would suit me. I don't need material things in my life to make me happy, just as long as I have my family and friends and the chance to get out and photograph nature and wildlife is all I want.

I live in Staffordshire, right on the edge of Cannock Chase, this is a perfect place for me as I can walk or cycle to my hearts content and along comes my camera and my little dog Junior a yorkshire terrier.



My family call me Alice in wonderland, lol. I often stand right next to deer and they don't seem to mind and squirrels will sit and play in front of me.
